FMN Legal
These Terms govern your use of the FMN platform and services. By creating an account or using FMN, you agree to these Terms.
Effective Date: 28 May 2026
By accessing or using FMN, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering binding agreements, and that you accept these Terms in full.
If you are using FMN on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

FMN is an assistance tool. You remain solely responsible for any estimates, quotes, or project decisions made using the platform.
You may not use FMN to:
FMN reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any breach of these acceptable use requirements.
FMN offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Some plans include a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@myfmn.com before the renewal date.
Payments are processed by Stripe. FMN does not store full card details.
FMN may update pricing from time to time. We will provide reasonable advance notice before any pricing changes take effect.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
All FMN branding, software, platform design, content, AI workflows, and materials are the property of MY FMN and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of FMN without prior written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to FMN. By uploading content, you grant FMN a limited licence to store, process, and use that content solely to provide the services you have requested.
FMN aims to provide a reliable, high-quality platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the platform that temporarily affect availability. We will try to minimise disruption where possible.
FMN may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Where a material change affects your use, we will provide reasonable notice.
FMN is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except as required by law.
AI-generated outputs — including estimates, measurements, pricing, and suggestions — are provided as assistance only. They may not be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific requirements. Always verify AI outputs independently before relying on them.
FMN does not provide licensed construction advice, engineering advice, financial advice, or legal advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FMN is not liable for:
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may stop using FMN and request account deletion at any time by contacting support@myfmn.com.
FMN may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if we are required to do so by law.
On termination, your right to access FMN ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property and limitation of liability) continue to apply.
FMN may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice — for example, through the platform or by email.
Continued use of FMN after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
If you use FMN through an Apple device, these Terms are between you and MY FMN only — not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for FMN or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for the application.
